Hello!

My name is Brandon, I have been working with video for over 8 years through YouTube content creation, cinematography through short films and music videos, and editing for all aspects of my experience with video.

I am an Alumni of Western Michigan University with a Bachelors of Arts with a major in Film, Video, Media Studies and minors in Kinetic Imaging: Video Art, and General Business. I attended WMU from 2022 to 2026. 

School

Throughout my 4 years at WMU, I have worked on music videos for artists such as FNE.J and LOCAL! through cinematography and editing. Towards the end of my years at WMU, I became the secretary for Bronco Studios, an RSO dedicated to creating videos, scripts, and photos, such as short films, music videos, photoshoots, and even hosted an event called Displays of Denouement where people from around Kalamazoo submitted videos, poetry, and photography. This RSO has allowed me to garner experience from a multitude of film sets, as of graduation, I have worked on 13 different film sets in many positions such as Production Assistant, Director of Photography, 1st Assistant Camera, Gaffer, Grip, Best Boy, and Behind the Scenes Photographer. I have also worked on several storyboards for a large portion of the projects that I have been a part of. 

Achievements

As a personal achievement, over the course of my 4 years at WMU, I have applied the skills I learned from the film program and projects to my YouTube content creation. I have amassed over 1000 subscribers in my 4 years as a result of the practice I put into my craft.
