Educating and Creating A Voice
Less than 50% of people living under the poverty line actually vote. So many of our laws are decided by people that are financially, more stable than this population. It is also unfortunate that many of these laws affect those that are underrepresented and live in poverty or homelessness. The goal of Project EmBrace is twofold: register anyone living under the poverty line to vote and educate them on the current political topics, especially those that directly affect their lives. We have no political affiliation, but we think it is just as important to be educated as it is to be registered to vote.
